CLARUS MARK II SPEAKER JUMPER CABLES
Exceptional Detail, Dynamics & Tonal Balance
Many high-quality loudspeakers feature bi-wire capable binding posts with two sets of binding posts on each loudspeaker. To accommodate listeners who choose not to use bi-wire speaker cables, loudspeaker manufacturers often bridge these two sets of binding posts with a metal jumper, typically made of coated brass.
Suppose the scenario above describes your loudspeakers and speaker cables. In that case, we strongly recommend replacing factory-supplied metal jumpers with Clarus speaker jumpers made from the same exceptional topology and materials used in Clarus speaker cables.
Technology
The Purest Copper Available for the Purest Sound Possible
Clarus designs cables for discriminating audiophiles using the purist copper available. Pure Continuous Cast Copper (PCCC) uses a unique proprietary mold extrusion process that creates substantial lengths of single-crystal copper that is directional, free of impurities, flexible, corrosion-resistant, with low electrical resistance, and non-crystal boundaries that are structurally perfect

Conductor Geometry Optimized for the Full Audio Spectrum
Clarus cable engineering goes beyond mere wire gauge, utilizing independent designer, Jay Victor’s eight years of research and development of five patents to create speaker cables that feature three distinct conductor types optimized for bass, midrange, and high-frequencies.
Multiple Levels of Insulation Maintain Purity
Each of the conductors in Clarus speaker jumper cables is independently insulated to minimize inter-conductor interference and maintain the clarity, openness, and transparency provided by our unique three-conductor design matching the design of the Clarus Speaker cable.

Mark II — The Final Connection
Clarus terminates speaker jumper cables with your choice of BFA-style banana plugs, spade lugs, or a combination of the two. We make both connectors with military-grade beryllium copper—a lightweight, springy alloy that renders low-loss connections. Most importantly, beryllium copper has a strong memory characteristic. When its shape is displaced, it tries to spring back to its original position or shape. This unique characteristic is ideal for speaker connectors placed under tension when connected to speaker binding posts. Clarus calls this “Spring Tension” connector technology.
Choose from Clarus Mark II Spring Tension BFA Banana Plugs with 360 degrees of contact or Mark II Spring Tension Spade Lugs which act like a lock washer, creating tension that provides a long-lasting electrical contact and maintains signal integrity with no loss of musical fidelity.
